By accessing this website, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

2. Products

The products displayed on the website are carefully curated gift sets, created in small batches.
The images are for presentation purposes only. Minor variations in packaging or details may occur, without affecting the quality of the final product.

3. Placing orders

Orders are not placed directly on the website.
They are taken via:

email

Order details (product, price, payment method, delivery) are agreed upon and confirmed before shipment.

4. Payment methods

Payment can be made by:

cash on delivery
bank transfer, in advance

The payment method is agreed upon before the order is shipped.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made by courier.
The delivery cost and estimated delivery time are communicated before shipment.

GeorginaGrace is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

6. Return policy

Considering the nature of the products sold by GeorginaGrace, namely made-to-order or personalized gift sets, these cannot be returned, in accordance with art. 16 (c) of OUG 34/2014.

Exceptions apply in cases where the products arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects. In such situations, the customer is kindly asked to report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package, by email, accompanied by relevant photos.

If a damaged product is confirmed, a replacement or a refund will be offered, as applicable.

The content of this website (texts, images, logo, design) is the property of GeorginaGrace and may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Changes

GeorginaGrace reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions.
